As part of social responsibility, SOCAR Midstream Gas Operations (SMGO) joined the global observance of Autism Awareness Month in April 2025 by organizing a series of engaging and impactful activities in partnership with the Tbilisi Autism Center “Pyramid.”
The initiative aimed to raise awareness about autism spectrum disorder and to promote interaction with children on the spectrum through creative and hands-on experiences. Over the course of the month, three events were held on April 15, 24, and 30, featuring painting and cooking sessions that provided a joyful space for creative expression and connection. SMGO staff actively participated in the sessions, helping to foster a warm and inclusive atmosphere.
Beyond raising awareness, these sessions contributed to building a more inclusive environment and strengthening emotional connection and community understanding.
