Dear User! SOCAR Midstream Gas Operations LLC's Ethics and Compliance Hotline allows for anonymous reporting of violations and deficiencies on specific topics. Information to the Hotline can be submitted completely anonymously via this platform or via a dedicated email address, depending on your choice.
We appreciate your intention to provide accurate and truthful information to the “Helpline”, and we kindly ask you to consider the following points: Complaints about violations and shortcomings can be submitted to the Helpline by any person only on the topics listed. Please read the topics carefully and upload only the text of your complaint that is relevant to the topic. Please note that complaints and other appeals that do not correspond to the topics are not investigated and there is no guarantee that they will be forwarded to you. Complaints on unregistered topics, as well as other non-complaint-related appeals and suggestions, can be submitted by you as a citizen's appeal through the appropriate channels posted on the official website of SOCAR Midstream Gas Operations. The submission of deliberately false and advertising information, as well as the use of insults in writing, is unacceptable. When submitting a complaint, a password is automatically added to your information, and we kindly ask you to note this password in a convenient way and remember it for future use.
The password attached to your information allows you to learn the stage of consideration of your complaint by SOCAR Midstream Gas Operations, provide additional information, ask questions, track the answer to your question and the questions addressed to you by the persons conducting the investigation at the company. If sufficient grounds are not given for the investigation of anonymous information, and if you do not respond to requests to establish feedback with you in order to obtain additional information, the investigation may not be conducted.
The “Helpline” anonymous reporting platform guarantees your anonymity. If your identity is revealed due to the nature of the information provided or for other reasons, you are guaranteed to be protected from any unlawful conduct against you due to the information you provide.
